Master Manieris of the Secondaria branch of the Elven Elder Council had just heard from an elf merchant who had just returned from the Phyllis Kingdom. His nephew, Hortius, had not returned. It was about time for him to return. But there was no word from him. He told him that he had met with a group of people just before Babylos. This meant that Hortius had gone as far as the capital of the Phyllis Kingdom. However, Manieris has not heard from him since then. No one had seen Hortius on his return.
