As one ascends to Jugurtha Port and descends the road southward, a vast castle made of red earthen walls comes into view. This is Techevelle Castle, the residence of the governor of Jugurtha Province. In the governor's room on the second floor, a stunningly beautiful woman in white robes with exposed cleavage asked her subordinate a question. She was Metis, one of the two famous generals of the Phyllis Kingdom and the governor of Jugurtha Province.

The subordinate nodded in response to the female general's question.
