It's funny, and exactly what I expected when he started mentally bragging about the Systema and what not inflated confidence of his. Though I do believe a real martial arts master from our world should be able to overcome the physical strength differences and probably even some defense, body-strengthening and regeneration magic and be quite an OP MC in an isekai, this MC was never described as more than a regular gamer. His proficiency with firearms was already stretching things, tho we could let that pass as a result of some mandatory military service. If he also ended up as an OP martial artist, it would be going way too far into the OP MC trope of the genre. All this of course once again puts into question his stupidity of discarding his firearms - the only real advantage that he had.

I don't mind a weak MC but this whole scene skipping nonsense is frustrating. This novels gonna spend half a chapter describing this dudes lunch but won't write a fight scene? No thanks.

Thank you for the chapter. MC is truly a likable character, but it's a pity he is so weak in this world. When I heard Russian hand to hand fighting skills, I figured it was in the bag. Truthfully I haven't read about an MC who stays weak. It's still incredibly stupid he tossed his guns into the river/ocean/whatever.
