Well I can see like some hints that this is the past, judging that the blue scale dragon is alive and Toto said she doesn’t have a child. Won’t it be strange if Souya was Tyutyu’s father. It would make what Toto said it hard. About some fathers sleeping with their daughters lol.

I see, souya didn't said that the lady looked like misuranika sama, but she spoke in the same manner as her and the dragon. She gave almost similar vibe to Misuranika-sama. The lady and the vampire had different eye colour as well.
