Every time Rutsuko said something about the cooking process and Souya replied back in that uninterested tone I was like "Bruh she's literally like you in the past."Made me a bit sad but I'm glad to learn a bit more about broth making.

I thought I was the only one thinking that she is just like how Souya used to be. It is sad that he forgot most of his cooking skills. You would think muscle memory or experience of him doing this more than once would kick in.

I agree with the garbage becoming valuable.Look at the lobster, it started as a poor man's food and look at where it is now.
