You said you will think back about those nights on your dying day, but aren't you already dead demon king? XD Can't really remember why the demon king wanted to part with Souya back then but now that she is conscious about him I doubt she will hide forever, not to mention thay Makina still still comes around once in a while.

Thanks for reading and commenting, Ntuzzzmutz!She explained back in vol 2.5, but she believes that for Souya's own good, they should never see each other. She sorta went back on it and came out "in public" to help him, but they're supposed to have cut ties, so she prob wants for this to never happen again, so that Souya won't be adversely affected.
