Thanks for reading and commenting, Rosseweiss!It would be Dragbane then haha. The names are left like that for a reason. Remember, they're all speaking their own language. Babel is translating all of it for everyone. But Babel doesn't translate names since that would be silly. Can you imagine if it translated Rana's name and Souya only heard "impurity" when she introduced herself? Could Doragubein mean dragonbane in elvish or some local language? Sure, but that's not the point of why it's like this.

And yeah, a company hiring someone for something that they invested so much money isn't going to headhunt a random guy. Go back and re-read the interview. It tells a lot. There's a hidden meaning in that one answer that Souya thinks a thought after answering it.
