you say "a few months" but regure was talking about beastkin popping them out in 45 days or so iirc...

Not gonna lie, I kinda wish there was a picture of Lanseal when she appeared. "The belly of the beastkin was bulging." That's a hell of a description.

Thanks for reading and commenting, Melicans! (^ ^)

true, I already understood, the data that some characters give, are misleading, thanks for the translation, the novel is good, despite everything that happens, especially in this volume, it makes you nervous, this novel makes you want to read several times
Jean Telmo Saucedo Arriola3 years ago
at least that impression the author gave me, that the time was relatively short, however, due to the manipulations of time that the author makes us understand (he deceives us on that), I am almost sure that I am wrong, there are even other indications indicating that Lanceal's pregnancy is the same as the one we already know. this novel is entertaining, it makes one come up with crazy theories

I think it's time for a re-read haha. It's easy to forget the details after such a long time I suppose. She got pregnant somewhere around day 100, said the baby would be out in 50 days, but is still pregnant around day 180 and not particularly near birth yet. Remember, what you hear isn't necessarily the truth in this novel. That's the realistic part of it. People exaggerate, stories are warped by too many retellings, and so on. You can never take things at face value, just like in real life.

But Souya does say he heard that beastkin pregnancies are shorter, but from the above, I don't think it's that much shorter and Regure is definitely exaggerating
thuannghia123 years ago
The thing is, Regure was telling the truth, or at least, her truth. That baby before died so fast exactly because she was only pregnant for 50 days and it became a stillborn.
Solo3 years ago
That's an interesting take. Yeah, maybe her knowledge was off because of what happened.

said that, by the teacher of the red-haired swordsman, as I recall, it was not long that she was pregnant, because in the end, the time that Souya was in the alternate world at that time, did not exceed 300 days, and the time that she was in the north it was shortly before the Master Swordswoman's visit, maybe I'm confused, but I remember that

I realized something, before the final battle, Yukikaze had short hair, now when Souya met her again, she had long and shiny hair... that doesn't grow in a short time... it's very discouraging to think what will be revealed in the next chapter, my best wishes to Souya. I just hope that the time of pregnancy is longer than expected, even though we know that beastskin usually have short pregnancies... Let's hope and Souya is lucky in this. Read more

And where did you get the idea that beastkin have short pregnancies? haha. They know immediately when they conceive, but I don't remember anything about their pregnancies being short

Thanks for reading and commenting, dadamori! Read on~ (Well, it's nothing as bad as that)

Oh crap..... Is this another space-time distortion theory? I don't wanna go into that rabbit hole but this arc still intrigues me Read more Wait a freaking minute...what happened with the deal with Tortch? He only had like what days but Shigure being 7-8....?? ??? Now I'm really curious Show less

Thanks for reading and commenting, FoxReader10551! Well, it'll be revealed in time, and it's not as complicated as it seems initially. =) Tortch? Read more

Maria's pops
Solo3 years ago
No, I know who that is, I'm just wondering what you're talking about since he hasn't appeared for ages
FoxReader105513 years ago
The deal that he'll force detonate the AIs if Souya didn't reach the floor within a given time. Iirc within a year, and Shigure being 7 or 8 Confused me. Read more It's probably just me overthinking things Show less

Ahh, I get what you mean now. That is explained too, just not so soon
Jean Telmo Saucedo Arriola3 years ago
it is as you say, if only months have passed since the final battle, where did shigure come from?, this was an oversight by the author, to make us confuse, another curious thing that captures my attention is that all the time that Souya lived before the battle The end was never winter, maybe I'm wrong but this would be Souya's first winter in the alternate world. 3 possible reasons for Lanseal's pregnancy in my opinion: It's the same pregnancy we knew and only a few months have passed since the final battle. Another explanation would be that in reality a long time has passed (even years), and Lanseal used some unknown method to encourage pregnancy. Read more The last and saddest alternative for Souya is that those children are not his and that the son that Lanseal had with Souya is Shigure himself, who is not really your son, I am already impatient to continue reading the story, I hope that things turn out better for Souya :'V Show less

Me refiero a que el autor nos engaño adrede con el lapso de tiempo
Solo3 years ago
Thanks for reading and commenting, Jean Telmo Saucedo Arriola! Well, note the question mark at the end of my sentence about it being a few months haha. But worry not. It'll all make sense when the explanation comes somewhere later in the volume. Sí, el autor nos dificulta deliberadamente la deducción de la línea temporal. Read more

Oh, and I forgot to mention this isn't the only winter Ash/Souya has experienced. Winter fell after vol5, remember? That's why they needed a home and moved into the hidden home in the castle walls

Who was the one saying "You saw nothing. You were never here."? Also, why doesn't the Guild President remember Souya considering his origin is the Abyss similar to the Fishmen? Perhaps he simply doesn't recognize the new appearance?
Solo3 years ago
Thanks for reading and commenting, 79429! It was Ash to Yukikaze. Well, even though the power of the abyss was used to create the immortal dolls like the Guild President, maybe it doesn't work for them since it's far removed enough or because it's stolen? Read more
