Ah, I see. Yet one more connection to Earth severed, as his core twists in madness and longing. You say that the core of Souya is but one word, and it’s not suicidal. It’s not selfless either, and it’s not empty. This isn’t Shirou, taking on somebody else’s dream because he had nothing left. This is guilt. A self-destructive madness that shatters the self while desperately clinging to life, to good things, to reasons to live and to love. As it plunges towards doom in its escape from the past, it leaves bits and pieces of itself behind as it bounces off the rocks of life, a trajectory headed ever downwards, true forgetfulness, true forgiveness deemed impossible...

Thanks for reading and commenting, Le Salt! Well, it'll take a few more volumes, but the answer will be clear eventually...

Thanks for unlocking, reading and commenting, Edoc'sil! His grandfather. Just hang on a bit longer, haha. Since it's his grandfather that he forgot, he slowly places less and less importance on cooking in his reports. He still cooks, but he slowly stops describing what he does in detail.

Thanks for the chapter. Who's he forgetting again? Why I got the feeling in the end of this LN, souya will become disable because he can't remember anyone or anything even Rana, and what's left of him will be an empty shell that named souya. Read more Or he completely forget everything that connects to earth. And once again almost half of the chapter is about cooking and eating, I almost give up reading these chapter. Show less
