On another note, I like how people treat our mc with respect, most stories like that these days would make him some sort of a seekers community joke, cuz party disbanding, I respect the author for making coherent and understandable story. definitely a funny chapter, the brawl and the run from the club (double meaning nicely highlighted in the manga note) pose for a nice rollercoaster compared to the previous arc ending and shine brightly on the Mc young age... letting a party headhunting you do the interview for your new member :) Also Alma is nicely put as a girl coming down from the mountain after 20 years, no common sense and spouting absurd declaration and secret mixed with appreciation for buns
