So, how would the curse on GD be lifted? SYX obviously didn't lift her curse in front of a lot of people. As far as the common people know, SYX and her mysterious master are the only warlocks. Is that how she restore warlock's reputation?

Ugh, I can't read this anymore. The author said like 100 times that Yanxiao was not a good person, but she keep sparing the lives of her enemies, and they keep coming back to cause trouble.How many times did she said she wouldn't spare Geng Di? And there he is, still alive and with even more hatred!

It's less that she isn't a good person and more that she isn't a saint to the point of not getting rid of enemies. Sure, she can be a bit sparing towards some enemies, which causes problems later, but once someone crosses her "bottom line" she will remove them. This means she isn't gonna pull a goku and try to spare a freiza after they tried killing her and her friends(i.e. saint but won't hesitate to kill). Or so I think, anyways

If she did kill him that wouldn't be realistic. Also,, if he died that easily then we wouldnt get the satisfaction of his humiliation. He will now forever be humiliated. It wouldve been unreasonable for her to kill him infrount of everyone- she wouldve provoked a whole country. Even though she definatley did provoke a lot of idiots by doing so to Geng Di, they won't be able to find a reasonable excuse to get revenge since it was a match after all. But if she did kill him while everyone could see he was extremely vulnerable- she would have no excuse.
