I’m betting the elf blood in the experiments come from her mother. So they share 7 of the same kinds of blood. In addition with her having the same blood as source of the elf blood that’s why he feels the connection. Yeah, he can definitely tell what happened. I’m betting she smells different.

It makes perfect sense that Lan Fengli would see through the lie. The Shen Family is related to her by her Dad's blood. Her mother is related to her by elf blood. But Little Feng is related to her by six different bloodlines. She has seven, and Fengli has six of them.

My bet the reason he call her sister ia because he feel that she is similiar to him, aftel all even if he not srong like xun he is a mix of 7 races make sense he be more sensitive to people like him
