Long Xuan Empire isn't the only domain which have an emperor and royalties (e.g. Lan Yue Empire and Seven Kingdoms). Just because someone called him "His Royal Highness", "His Majesty", "Your Royal Highness", etc., it doesn't mean he's the emperor of Long Xuan Empire. Furthermore, the one who called him as such with reverence and servitude are the people of God's Domain. The people of God's Domain wouldn't have as much reverence and servitude toward a ruler of the other domain (it's in their characteristic). They may only have it toward their own ruler. So, I always curious why you're so sure that he's the emperor of Long Xuan Empire.

So, Shen Siyu is the Last God that sealed the Underworld and Shen Yanxiao. With his eternal life, he created the God's Domain.And if my guess is right, Yun Qi removed Xiu's soul somewhere, but coincidentally, he ended up in Shen Yanxiao.

Looking at it now, Yun Qi, with his knowledge of the Warlock practices, sealed Xiu's soul to SYX because she was deemed as a failed experiment. Had it gone according to Yun Qi's plan, She would've died and so would Xiu had it not been for Siyu's rescue.
