An Yan actually have a black badge...she was demoted from the moon whatever city but she still has a black badge..as for Xiao Xiao,she has the silvermoon guard badge

Right? They said at the beginning that the badge is the key to entering a city. Even if An Yan was a powerful black elf, she shouldn't be able to enter a black-level city.
