Villians never learn unless someone is a bigger villian to them. She wasn't going to bother with them if they learned their lessons or left her alone or stopped bullying others. Once they didn't stop and kept escalating things...she was done trying to bear it.Even Shui Miao realized he was at fault and swallowed his pride to do as he agreed instead of trying to get out of it. It was his clan that refused to recognize they were in the wrong and instead tried to use their power and prestige to ignore the agreement and kill her instead.

Just because they don't know it's her, it doesn't justify her actions. She is harming innocents just as much. You never know how one of the people she targeted had a need for all the resources they had to save someone's life or anything like that. Is it still OK just because they don't know it's SYX?

Definitely like Robin Hood and she leaves 1/3 behind. As rich and powerful as they are, most of those families can recoup the wealth. Might take a generation but they are likely to get it back. Plus, she always said she wasn't a complete good guy. She protects her own and has her own bottom line.

And here I thought Robin Hood only stole from evil and corrupt wealthy people. 😑It's also clearly stated that SYX stole people's love tokens and heirlooms, or ruined it by peeling off and digging out the precious gems and metals on it. I believe the sentimental values of those things is far higher than its monetary value. In addition, just because they're "rich" doesn't mean they have no need of those money and treasures. How are we sure that none of those treasure wasn't already promised to an expert because the family needs his service (e.g. to save someone's life)? How are we sure that those "rich" merchants don't run their business on loans and IOUs? How are we sure they can recoup their wealth when they've lost their clients and investors' trust because they can't safeguard their storages/warehouses against thief? And as @Crowley has kindly said, how are we sure that those family didn't vent their anger and frustration of being robbed on those poor guards and ruin their life?If someone wouldn't feel offended nor provoked when they're on their shoes, I must commend them.Read more
