Xiu did say repeatedly that TaoTao can eat other's power and use it. So here it is. A magical attack is filled with magic. Magic = power. So they're all feeding out lovely glutton. I assume he'll soon switch to his 2nd form too. And I'm sure this form is even stronger. Go TaoTao!
