I really hope she's lucky and the beast tide doesn't effect her. However with the amount of times the book mentioned the beast tide,, I fear its unlikely

Pretty sure only one or two, and it’s heart and brain. It’s rather tough, and the war at that location lasted a few hours, so the time of death would also be a problem

She only has a few of those plus using it during a battle is counterproductive. The person will be in a suspended animation while the potion heals the body.
