SYX wouldn't want them in her territory. After all, those soldiers has killed her people (her demons and her soldiers) regardless their reason. She's forced to accept them TEMPORARILY to face beast tide. She gave them the early medical treatment because she needed their manpower.The medical treatment afterward wasn't her decision, but her compatriot's as (I guess) they mistaken her previous decision to heal those soldiers as her gesture of benevolence and magnanimity (just like those soldiers, their generals, and rulers thought). She didn't mind that because she can get back the cost and more from her "visit and talk" with their rulers. She wouldn't personally kill them afterwards because they're just shrimps for her. But, it doesn't mean she will be unconditionally kind toward them and accept them around her people.
