Did I miss some hints? SYX has suspected Ouyang Huanyu was involved with the evil warlocks? The last interaction between them, the narration didn't even mentioned about the forbidden techniques or the people who were involved in it. She just eavesdropped that he and his group needed Yun Qi's excellent skills and her talent/skills and they need some master level pharmacist a.s.a.p. Then the next and last time they met, he only talked about the warlocks' plight and how he "want to restore their glory". If she made her suspicion based on those "hints" alone, I must applaud "her instinct".

yeah she was thinking sarcastically about him when tried showing 'sympathy' for the plight of the warlocks last time, that was because she'd already discovered that he hadn't handed over the full prescription to the pharmasists and was basically holding her master hostage. Also he broke his word and tried to catch her multiple times.

Ok, if Ouyang is not Lord God, then maybe he is one of the humans who were given power by the gods in the war with the devils. And he's trying to get more power even without the help of the Gods. Basically he's just another imp scared of dying

I think maybe he is the son of god and devil that xiu mention, make sense a mixed have obsession of creatin other mixer races and his knogldge about fusion and everithyng is because e is veryold and pwerful even explain that he put satan in the life tree
