Nah, humanity's overall strength didn't diminish because if the war. Ouyang was working behind the scenes, either kidnapping the strong and using them for experiments and then killed them, or just killing them from the start. Basically, ouyang is to blame for humanity being weak, for Satan regaining his strength and for the devils invading again. Y'all really need to have a chat with him.Also, why isn't SYX telling them about all the experiments that are being done in secret across the continent? That way they can keep an eye out for people going missing, for those who are about to break through a higher realm, close that wannabe academy and so on. I really think SYX is underestimating him badly. If she didn't have the plot armour, she really would have been killed and buried plenty of times by now.
