I don't think she literally got Xius genes from him, but just some of his power :')Also don't take the bloodline thing to literal. The only real blood relations she has are with her human father and her half elf mother. The rest is just an implanted bloodline and not the literal genes. I mean, you don't suddenly become someones relative just because you got a blood transfusion, right? :P

She does not have Xiu's blood. They were never fused together. No.1 was the best of the experiments because she had all the races and the soul of the War god. At present, Syx has at her control human, elf, and awakened dragon while the rest are unawakened. She and Xiu are separate souls inhabiting the same body.
