First, if you're going to use English, then try using it correctly. Country names are capitalized when using English - so it's America. Secondly, why would you think what you are told by your Chinese dictators about America is more accurate than the people living in said country? Each U.S. state has a baseline medical care that is low cost to free and goes by the general term of Medi-Cal. In some states, persons entering and/or living within illegally are also covered. By contrast, do you want me to believe a person crossing into your China illegally will also get the same healthcare as you? In addition, each senior citizen that has worked and paid taxes in an aggregate 40 quarter total (10 years) is entitled to Medicare part A (hospital coverage) and can pay $100 for part B (doctor coverage). All emergency rooms are required to provide care whether the individual can afford to pay or not. Every other kind of elective (by choice) coverage differs depending on how much an individual can and will pay.
