Yes but she clearly doesn't care about dressing up for anyone but Xiu, there are women who don't care about dressing up or makeup in general and only feel motivated if it's to look good for their loved ones e.g. wear a nice dress for grandparent because s/he dotes on you, for your lover to get to see the appreciation in his/her eyes. It was explained above.
