You know I have a very strong sneaking suspicion that the body Satan will use is going to be Shen Jiayi, it makes sense since after mc, presumably killing her she disappeared and we have not heard anything of her and since mc is so strong now it does not matter what she does she will never be able to threaten mc unless she has Satan in her body, well just speculation, also have to consider if Satan is willing to enter a female body since he is male, I think.

I wouldn't think so. A divine body should hurt devil's. If it has any lingering devouring ability it would be worse.But, the author could also write it as a divine body that can handle dark powers and have the devour power be part of his soul alone.

I'm betting the whole integration experiment that has been going on for thousands of years is for the explicit purpose of creating a body strong enough to support Satan's soul. I'm guessing that the plan is for him to take Shen Yanxiao's body because she is a perfect specimen, with all eight races.However, I'm betting that he will fail and end up taking the second most perfect, her brother Lan Fengli, with seven races. This is just a guess, but from the time we met him he has seemed to have very little sense of self while being terrifyingly powerful. They also did not seem to include him when they talked about their fighting force a few chapters back (this could be a subconscious "slip" by the author).

@sithkazar The race integration project has been started long before the first war between gods and devils. Unless the devil's god and/or the devils has predicted he would lost his body right from the start, that can't be the main (much less the only) purpose of the project.

I would guess that he can't because Xiu has a god's body and they talked about devil and god energy being impossible to blend. The only exception in Shen Yanxiao.
