I don't think they will. They seems to not have enough "EXP" to unlock that level of analytic skill.Mo Yuxun could kill all of them and go directly into their village to kidnap their forger master. He's a dangerous, malicious, and powerful person against their race. But, they resumed a happy-go-lucky attitude when he only fled. SYX and co. didn't even inflict him a heavy injury, but the dwarves didn't even warn their tribe members and simply joined in the fun to watch the duel. With that level of awareness and analytic skill, they may also not be able to pick up the hints that she's an elven mixed-race.If they're as smart as the other race, at most they'd just guess she had met an enchanter elf and learn the skill from her/him. (In the war between gods and devils, the elves taught enchantment to human. In their proud mind: if some human could master such skill with the elves' favor, there's surely dwarves who can do the same. The only huddle is their bad relationship with the elves). Possibly. It was mentioned at one point that there was a god/devil child (at the time the MC thought it might be Xui)A pity the MC didn't ask about him when the dragons called him a mixed breed... (I was actually thinking he was part Dragon, but the Dragon God apparently doesn't know him...)

And why would she care enough to ask such thing about OH? She's already have a lot on her plate. Just because he's her enemy--or maybe exactly because he's her enemy--she wouldn't want to know him too deeply. She already has enough reason to hate him at the first sight of their first meeting. She only needs to know OH's bad sides and the information to defeat him.
