The last time it's mentioned, it's on the fourth layer (or she needed to unlock four more layer?). But, considering her progress in alchemy and the pattern of the other seals, ... Idk, shouldn't she unlocked all of her dwarf seals after she's at least on the same level as the royal alchemist (able to build a six stars or even seven stars Mechanical Soul Bodies)?
