Ouch! I guess she would really unlocked the seals of her god and devil blood in less than 6 months. In each previous seals, her power as that particular race needed to power up to a certain level before she could unlock the next layer. Xiu said something like he had the power to unlock those layers of seal, but he couldn't do it if she wasn't on certain level of power (I forget about the reason, but it's something along the line "it's dangerous for her" or "she need to catch up"). And, the seal can also undone by itself if she has reached a certain level of cultivation as that particular race. But, that setting is thrown into the bin now since Xiu can unlock her (few) "last layerS seal (of mermaid) in three DAYS". She might even isn't fainted for long after he unsealed each one of those layers if they can do that in that speed. Read more

Shouldn't the dragon god go with them to the last temple? Xiu has to build his god body or something along those lines if I remember correctly?

Yes, that's the last plan they had IF they couldn't find Xiu's original body. DG can do that. But, letting Xiu open the way to the Gods realms has been SYX and his plan when they're still in Moon God Continent. If we ignore this scenes in Moon God Continent, the story is flowed well with the scenes when they planned to let DG open the gods realms for them. But, since they're going to let Xiu do that now, we may have to think that's the original plan (reintegrate the plot in Moon God Continent to the story) and we should ignore the scenes when they're talking about it with DG. 🤷‍♀️
