Tbh taking the Long Xuan empire now would be detrimental to SYX. Spreading her limited forces so thinly would only make their strength weaker. So I guess she isn't only doing it for the stability of power and emotions of the other 3 countries

How did SYX convinced the undead to change camp? She just give the undead lord his heart desire to be accepted back in the society and to be in the eye of the certain war God.

What Yaksha decides on, the undead will follow and accept. Also, it is not only Yaksha who wants to be accepted, all undead beings do too.
