Remember Ah Xia powers don't really come from the god realm and therefore he's not really a god. He cannot restore the integrity of their souls. But SYX can. She can complete a full resurrection by using her undead powers and also using her god race powers, but even then the souls of those people that she resurrected would still be bound to her. This is why LXW is still an undead. If Yanxiao resurrected him he would actually be alive. Qi Xia is the god of death, not the god of giving life if you understand.
