She would close the gate. But, what if someone was tricked to summon him, like how Mengmeng summoned Night Overlord? Will she also make summoning technique forbidden or impossible to do (just to make sure)?

That’s not how it works. Summoning works by creating an array and dripping a drop of blood that a phantom beast can trace to you and teleport to using the array. Last time, Wings of Death used SYX as a medium to summon himself into the world, draining her heavily. Now, she literally tore the fabric of space between the human and phantom world and ordered Wings of Death and other phantom beasts using her godhood. Seeing as how she’s the strongest Warlock now, she probably can if she wishes.
