But, much worse?If the involved warlocks really two-thirds of their population, I doubt they have such courage and lack of conscience without authoritative figures encouraging the experiment. After all, their subjects of experiment were strong people. Even if they're lack of conscience, they still needed to face their family and followers' retaliation. There are not many "mad scientist" among the scientist who would sacrifice anything and everything for their experiment, which the fruit of it they can't even enjoy in their life.
