With Nyarlathotep being a being that counteracts the gods of this world, and being allied with Wizard Orb, that's another glaring piece of evidence to the world that Wizard Orb are the bad guys in this scenario. But the other countries are still going to pretend to believe Wizard Orb's BS about them not being the bad guys out of fear.
