I always find it annoying when the author pretends they've done research on myths and legends, only to be off base, even with obvious facts. However it seriously ticks me off when they do that with Celtic mythology and they're just flat out wrong. I'm of Irish descent, and I have a lot of respect for the ancient Celtic myths, so the author not even being capable of getting the basics correct, yet acting as if they did more than skim random sections of the myths and mixing what little they managed to hold on to, p*sses me off!
