I've got a bad feeling after reading this chapter because, apparently, Panopticus says that they need to quell the nobles' anger first more than the well being of the people. And of freakin' Finas support to amending the royal decree of the Margrave because he was on Belphegor's side. And Panopticus should have known that these articles will bound to embolden the nobles to do more things to get rid of Hiroto. I man, yes, the kingdom cannot be protected by just Hiroto himself but keeping corrupted nobles in the kingdom isn't like a sound idea either, given how Felkina and Bourgault acted that led to their own disgrace to begin with.
