I kinda hate this part. You don't just point at someone else's child as your child just because you see him adorable. I don't care about 'feeling' the connection, what if you're wrong? I know it plot armour but still. I don't like this mother.

Have you ever lost a child? The mother obviously never got over it. In our day she would have received psychological counceling.
