Haven’t the emperor ever thought “ Why isn’t she eating? Is she threatening/forcing me by not eating?” That was the first thing that popped into my mind. I mean I’ve read fictional stories of where mom pretends to starve themselves so that that their son will do what they want. 🤷♀️

She is technically playing “my heart aches that my most trusted aide is not by my side, the emperor has doubts on me, I've implecated her, Buddha please bless this soul” type of play. She's a 100% well trained hypocrite.
