i still trust liulang's judgement, even with those suspicious remarks made by the princess in his dream (or rather a nightmare), yes it may have been action made by remaining affection but if the princess was truly evil and selfish, he wouldn't associate himself to her at all

Were Princess Xinyang and the little Marquis both fed the black pills?

*sigh* Sometimes, even when someone you love hurts you deeply, you can't stop loving it caring for them that easily. Xiao Heng still loves and cares about his mother which is why her betrayal cuts so deep and makes him so sad when he sees her and makes him afraid to meet her because it brings him pain and reminds him of the haem. But years of love can't be wiped away that easily. And honestly that's fine. You feel what you feel. You can love and hate simultaneously and feel pain and joy simultaneously. They are not mutually exclusive and feelings can be extremely complex. Deep feelings don't normally go away easily, regardless of what the feeling is. Poor Liulang and Ah Heng

There must be some kind of misunderstanding. If she really tried to kill him why is he caring this much for her
