I'm not convinced that this IS Ning'an at this point. I think she's just another of Jing's super-warriors. I have a terrible creeping feeling that the real Ning'an is already dead, possibly murdered by the fake, and that may be partly why Huangfu Xian is so twisted and cold--he knows she's not his real mother, and he may have even witnessed her killing his real mother.
