Yeah, that was one of the kindest things he's done... Guess he's in a really good mood... Either that or his blue balls are giving him a hard time...

squabbling over money or loot doesn't make sense in this case at all. to begin with the request was known to be less about profit and more about points, everyone getting into it knew it. the ogres weren't even a part of it but an unexpected bonus, so everyone should have been fine with as little or even none of it

So they don’t need money for maintenance and/or replacement of equipment, healing, lodging, food, etc.? The mission may not have a big payoff, but money is still needed to live. Points and rank-ups aren’t going to make up for their losses. That, and considering how expensive adventuring gear is made out to be, where accepting loans to pay for a single magic sword, it makes total sense to me for there to be squabbles over loot. Also the fact that the four parties are suffering from both casualties and severe injuries, which will impede or prevent future adventures, leading to a loss of even more money.

They said they didn't expect enemies as strong as 3 faced Ogre to be here and 7 of them as that. The causality is more than they would expected.

It was one of the nicer gestures he's done, but I think it's because he's cool with Kane. I wouldn't be surprised if Kane ended up taking tips from Jig.

Thanks for reading and commenting, Cone2! Yeah, Jig is widening his circle of connections well, isn't he?
