I think I'm starting to see where this story is going. Both Aglaesia and Kararak want to expand their organizations and both have targeted Halian as their best bet to expand. However how they're going about it is different. Aglaesia tried using drugs to weaken Halian enough to invade while Kararak is going the route of weakening the guild by causing incidents at their hunting grounds. Both of them are running into the wall that is Jig and Shiasha though.
