I love that, without even a word of discussion, they've coordinated nicely to shut down this chauvinist pig. It's always struck me as very weird when a writer creates a setting where anyone can potentially have supernatural powers or weapon skills regardless of their chromosomal arrangement, but there's still a social system that's chock-full of gender inequality and a load of patriarchal thinking.
