If you wanted water, you could draw water in a well and if you wanted light, you lit a candle. Washing your clothes by soaking your hands in cold water and wiping them with a cloth that has been drained to remove dirt. You prayed to God when you were sick because you had a poor meal and were ill. The nation's' production was not easily increased and to compensate for this, many spent most of their day working and had little leisure time.

All of this is a natural scene in a certain era. However, today's continent is nothing more than a past landscape.
