When Souya loses himself on his one man suicidal quest he becomes like a walking nightmare doesn't he? Also we get a call back to why Lanseal calls him petty with him using the same trick back on the horns. I am sure it wasn't necessary but he even included Arcane in it since he was part of the trap before.
