They even went on to threaten him and tried to extort him, hiding behind the law as if MC couldn't also act in the shadows. There is no sane person that would leave them be if they were in MC's place. The fact that the author used Melm to deal with them is no excuse for making MC's character unreasonable and unrealistic. Just showed how much Melm cared about Rana's mom that it took him that many years to get his hands on the people who did it,damn that's pretty bad considering he can't touch the geezers for so long up till he got his hands on Ea's cloak But oh man now he's trying to get his hands on AI's,we never know he might actually pull it off creating androids to his preference if it's going to turn into his obsession

Wait I still didn’t get my answer to the beastkin kiss on the ear. Is it some type of marking, since Lanseal called Tyutyu a thieving cat? Is it like a meaning like this person is mine or I only belong to this person?
