But, I heard from the crimes reports that the thieves/robbers couldn't sell the stolen goods for good price. The stolen goods lack its certificates/letters of ownership, so the legal shops wouldn't dare to buy it from the seller. Even if they dare, the price would be very low.So, as far as I understand, the thieves/robbers are hardly able to set the price for their goods.
