I think the demon beasts are all trying to get to the dark elements. They are from the devil realm like the demons so they are starving just like the demons were. Explains why they are just going for the rising sun city and not bothering anything else...and not putting up much of a fight...?

I was thinking the same, except then I remembered that Qi Xia mentioned they found a way to spread the dark elements to all the cities, so that the demons there could eat too. Since that’s the case, it wouldn’t make sense for them to ignore the other cities unless they’re going to the largest source. Even then, some would still probably break off to eat from the other cities.

Wait-Shouldn’t she only have like about 1 mill of troops? Cause there’s the 800k of the 4 nation alliance people, and 10K or was it 30k of god domain, her 10k demons and all the contract beast which is like idk 200k? (Cause some died) :/

You’re correct, maybe the author is thinking that there are a couple million total? But honestly, I just tend to ignore the numbers myself as there’s always inconsistencies. Much easier to read the story that way. Haha

Author doesn't really make it clear how strong the divine power of god's domain is. He/she just went ohhh their powers are strong against demon beasts yada yada yada. Just these little inconsistencies irritate me a lot.
