Oh? Everyone who has passion in some field of work/study would want to improve their expertise in that field. It's obvious that at least Qin Ge or that Gu guy would want to improve their thief skill--at least, to rebuild their own self-esteem or self-respect as a "Godly Thieves." Making them obey her bidding, somehow would be the same as making the whole Silver Hands obey her.

Her careless way of throwing hundreds of thousands of coins at a single person to retire is ridiculous.If the plot wasnt there her economy would have collapsed along time ago from giving so many free benifits plus huge salaries plus free education but collecting no tax. So add all that plus daily expenses for her cities and undermining the value of her own coin would lead to disaster quick. Not only is she flooding the market she is using money she stole from other countries. Harming the others economy on all sides plus her own in her warp utopia. Humans wont need to worry about the devil lord satan with her collapsing all the economies surrounding her. They would have already descended into chaos from her poor thoughtless actions.And i call bs on her not knowing the value of the coin as she has been there a long time plus as a thief she would need to know the market like the back of her hand.Read more

Fantasy worlds operate on a different economy and logic.Do not try using earth logic to justify what you believe, you will end up confused and annoyed

@YueXie. Yep. Fantasy is called as fantasy because each of them has different set of logic, different to the logic in our world. But, when it does without any explanation why it's different to our world, it's showing bad writing.For example, hiding from heat wave (air heat wave of volcanic eruption) inside underground shelter with iron-reinforced wall and soaking in cold water will make anyone as cooked as boiled shrimp in real life. But, in their world of apocalyptic fantasy, an author can said it wouldn't and the author should explain how it's so by writing how the iron, stone, and ice wall made by ability user has special characteristics such as so and so that it didn't affected by the heat at all. It set the difference between our world and the fantasy world, less the readers who lack of some particular common sense/knowledge would believe "the logic of fantasy world" is what's actually happened in real world (it's a bit like how the "kids" who play/read too many zombie game/books believe that vaccine irl should works like an antidote on the infected patients).
