😑 Does any of the people who said "It's all for free!" know that those citizens receive all of those training and magical beast because she needs them as her force/part of military power? Initially, she was even reluctant to let them train because she thought it would rob them their "normal live."

This is true but it’s also true that them fighting is what protects their way of life. As you said she was reluctant to train them. If she could single handedly protect all of them on her own, then she would.
