Actually, considering how often SYX left the Barren Land for a long period of time and spent less time there, her staff are very amazing. They do not only manage what's SYX has built/started, but also expanded it and made it flourish. AND they don't take the credit of their hard work. They just put all the credit on SYX.

wait am i missing something? why does it say 3 years, since she’s only going to the dragons? doesn’t she have to go to the dwarves, etc. as well in those 3 years - and so wouldn’t they be able to meet?

She's going to the Dragons to unlock her Dragon seal, which, like the elves, could take six months. With 5 seals to remove, best case scenario, 2 years and 6 months. Qi Xia will be in God's Domain, Yang Xi in the Dragon Den, Nazhi in Dwarf land etc. They will meet individually, but reunite again 3 years later.

Jun Wu Xie was alot worse because she lost so many people and her Jun Wu Yao was taken from her. also her 5 companions could not be with her during that time, they were still travelling to her when disaster struck. also she did not know if everyone else was dead or alive...
