I think one of the dragons said before that his 7 meridians have already been opened, so there wouldn't have been a necessity for him to go whereas SYX has just started awaking her dragon blood

Most likely so! 😆 It just occurred to me that the dragon king has been "stayed" in Radiant Continent for two thousand years. Anything could happen in those years and his subordinate return with a mixed race who show similar dragon breath to him. If they don't know better, they could suspect that he's cheating on his wife. Shen Yu has to make an appearance to claim his daughter. 😅
